Extraction of Standing Water

SERVPRO of Grants Pass/Central Point had a call late one night about standing water and flood damage in a commercial building. Our company runs 24 hours a day and seven days a week. We are used to getting these types of phone calls after normal business hours.

As soon as we got off the phone with the facility manager, we knew we had to wake up more technician crews. There was a lot of water and it was going to be a long night. The main goal for the night was to remove all the standing water and minimize overall damage to the building.

After the first level of urgency, we then had the time to finish the drying of the building's walls and other affected areas over the next couple of days with an overall excellent outcome.
