SERVPRO of Grants Pass / Central Point was called to help repair this possible cute little home. Upon inspection we noticed that the home had extensive damages due to dry rot. We had to remove all rotten boards and replace them. We also demo the tile shower that was dated and leaking. Kitchen cabinets needed to be pulled and reset due to the dry rot behind them and we replaced the vinyl in the kitchen and bathroom.
