Damaged and Dated Kitchen in Central Point Restored to normal and better!

SERVPRO of Grants Pass/Central Point  was sent out to this Property located in Rogue River, Oregon. This home needed a makeover so the real estate agent could put the property back on the market to be sold. In the kitchen we removed & replaced soot covered cabinets and counter tops. We also removed & replaced the carpet all through the entire home. In the master bathroom we removed then replaced the vanity, bathtub, tile surrounding the tub, medicine cabinet, and the toilet.

The real estate company was very pleased with the end results of all of these necessary repairs and upgrades because they helped increase the overall resell value of this home.
